Karl Hammer joined MUVIQ as Managing Director of Light Vehicles in October 2024, bringing over 20 years of international management experience in the automotive industry across Europe, USA and Asia. In this role, Karl is committed to position MUVIQ as a leader in the light vehicle market, leveraging his extensive experience to guide the company toward sustained success and innovation.

Karl began his career at Hillite International in 2008, where he held various leadership roles as Managing Director until being promoted to CEO in 2011. During his tenure, he navigated significant growth of the company. In 2017, he joined Cordenka as CEO and successfully led a transformative restructuring in 2022 strengthening the company’s market position.

He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Sciences from OTH Regensburg University, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation to complement his leadership skills.

Greg Schulte joined MUVIQ as Managing Director – CVOH in March 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in driving growth and excellence. Prior to joining MUVIQ, Greg served as President of Bonfiglioli Americas, where he led the company to over 1,000% sales growth and established its dominant position in the U.S. market. Throughout his career, Greg’s leadership brought numerous accolades to himself and the company, including a nomination for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Inc. 5000, Fast 55, Emerging 30, MANNY Award, Green Energy Award, and others.

Greg has also been an active member of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and raised over $500,000 for industry education. Beyond his professional achievements, Greg is passionate about community service, and volunteering with various local non-profit organizations.

Based in Kentucky, Greg’s extensive leadership and strategic vision will play a key role in driving MUVIQ’s growth and innovation.

Alexander Gilbert joined MUVIQ in January 2025 as Global Chief Financial Officer.

Alex joins MUVIQ from Aurelius, the shareholder that acquired MUVIQ in May 2024, where he serves as a Director in the Operational Advisory team, overseeing Finance and CFO services and driving key financial initiatives. With a strong background in senior finance roles, Alex brings a wealth of experience to MUVIQ. He has held CFO positions at several prominent UK-based companies in the Construction, Architecture, and Consulting sectors. Prior to that, he worked at HSBC in Global Finance, where he served as Global Head of Financial Reporting and Analytics, based in London.

Alex’s expertise in financial stewardship and strategic advisory will play a pivotal role in accelerating MUVIQ’s growth and long-term success.

Roberta Chicone joined MUVIQ as Chief Legal Officer in October 2024 and brings 17 years of legal expertise to her role. Since January 2016, she has served as a salary partner at Grande Stevens Law Firm, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. In 2014, Roberta enhanced her experience as a secondee lawyer at Charles Russell Speechlys, a prominent UK law firm based in London. She serves as a non-executive director in an asset management company and is a recognized expert in commercial law, having participated in numerous conferences. She was also named “Lawyer of the Year” in Litigation (2021) and Arbitration (2022 & 2023) at the Legalcommunity Forty Under 40 Awards.

Roberta holds a degree in Business Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, graduating magna cum laude, and has pursued additional studies at Leiden University and University College London.

Samantha Manolios joined Dayco in 2017 and was appointed Global Director of Human Resources for MUVIQ in December 2021, where she now leads the company’s global HR strategy. She began her career with Dayco as a Human Resources Generalist at the Mt. Pleasant, Michigan plant and advanced to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2020 at the Springdale, Arkansas plant, where she successfully implemented key HR initiatives.

She earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, equipping her with a solid foundation in business practices and leadership.

Jorge Hernandez serves as the Global Financial Planning & Analysis Director for MUVIQ. He presumed this role in 2023 after serving Dayco for over a decade. He began his career with Dayco in 2014 as a Plant Controller in the Hybrid Solutions Division, where he demonstrated strong financial acumen and leadership. Throughout his tenure, Jorge progressed through various roles, making substantial contributions to the Aftermarket team and driving the overall success of the division.

Jorge holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí, providing him with a robust foundation in financial principles and practices.
