Karl Hammer joined MUVIQ as Chief Executive Officer in October 2024, bringing over 20 years of international management experience in the automotive industry across Europe, USA and Asia. In this role, Karl is committed to position MUVIQ as a leader, leveraging his extensive experience to guide the company toward sustained success and innovation..
Karl began his career at Hillite International in 2008, where he held various leadership roles as Managing Director until being promoted to CEO in 2011. During his tenure, he navigated significant growth of the company. In 2017, he joined Cordenka as CEO and successfully led a transformative restructuring in 2022 strengthening the company’s market position.
He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Sciences from OTH Regensburg University, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation to complement his leadership skills.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephan Vrublovsky joined us in June 2025 and will lead MUVIQ’s global finance organization, driving the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across international markets. Based in Viernheim, Germany, he works closely with the central team in Ivrea to align financial operations with business objectives.
He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in finance and corporate functions across the global industrial and Tier 1 automotive sectors. Prior to joining MUVIQ, Stephan served as Group CFO at Gienanth Group, where he led the strategic realignment of corporate functions and strengthened financial governance.
He has also held senior finance leadership roles at Linde + Wiemann Holding and STS Group, gaining deep expertise in managing complex financial structures, optimizing cash flow, and supporting investment and M&A initiatives. Stephan’s international outlook and disciplined approach continue to shape MUVIQ’s financial foundation for long-term success.
